Diet Day 37
Ugh!! I messed up bigtime! I was doing so well last week, down 13 lbs since Jan 4, and then I blew it. I went out with friends on Friday and drank beer and a margarita, ate chips, potato skins, and a fudge sundae! Then on saturday I had home-made waffle-cut potato chips (darn that deep fryer!) and some other yummies that I don't want to think about. Finally on Superbowl Sunday, I drank 3 large beers.

On Monday, I was up 3 lbs, for a net loss since Jan 4 of 10 lbs. Today, the net loss is 11lbs, so at least I think I've stopped the uptrend. But Good Grief! 3 lbs up over one weekend is pretty heinous.

Needless to say, I am all the way out of Atkins Induction now. So I have to start over with Induction to get back in the fat burning zone. So, now I'm refocused and determined to get this weightloss trend back under control.

Summary: Delta pounds = -11 Exercise = 30 min
