01/06/2005: "Juleigh's Mass Reduction (i.e. DIET) Progress"

Hey, world! This weblog is a motivational tool I'm using to keep me focused on my diet that I started Jan 4, 2005.

It's day 3 of the diet, and I'm down 3 pounds from my start weight. I have a long way to go, but I'm enthusiastic about it! My diet page with "before" pics is: http://www.herbighouse.com/diet.

For now I'm trying the Atkins diet, which I like because I don't feel like I'm constantly in denial. For example, last night I had beef stroganoff with black olives and onions. Mmmm...

I'd like to see if I can get a chart running where I could show my progress day by day, but I'll have to do some research on the feasibility of that. For now, here's my:
